Haywards Heath is in West Sussex and is 15 miles north of Brighton and
about 50 miles from London. The London to Brighton rail line runs
through the
town and you can probably guess from that this is a true and true commuter town. The
nearest towns would happen to be Burgess Hill, East Grinstead and Brighton. There
are a number of villages in the county.
As for road links, well the A23/M23 serves us well via the A272.
But expect gridlock in the main town centre due to the traffic light configurations being
rather suspect.
House prices are rising 'cos all you London folk come
down and move into a town which is a main line station and push up the
